Work placement company

One of our goals is to be a licensed work placement company within 2 years. For reaching this goal, we have to achieve an official certification for work placement company from Kenwerk. Kenwerk is the Dutch Centre of Expertise on Vocational Education and Training. The role of Kenwerk is to connect companies with education. To achieve this certification, our Human Resource Manager, Kelly, will follow a course for supervising trainees. After achieving this certification, we would like to make our hotel known as a licensed work placement company beneath students and schools for tourism. This will be achieved by going along to schools to give the school management and the teachers information of our hotel and the things we want to offer to their students. We are offering front office internships for the periods April up to and including September and October up to and including March. Offering front office internships brings us benefits, like trainees who are full of ideas which can ensure that our hotel keeps growing.
